SMAPS Bespoke Voyages was founded by two sisters who kept hearing the same frustration: people loved travelling, but the planning often drained the joy from the journey.
Scattered reservations, confusing entry requirements and endless comparisons made a holiday feel like work. SMAPS was built as the answer—a personal travel house where one expert joins the dots from the first conversation to the flight home.
Based in Harare and outward-looking by nature, we design international journeys for travellers who value thoughtful advice, clear communication and experiences chosen with care.
